Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a front desk/customer service assistant to handle field parent and customer enquiries over the phone. You will assist with student enrolment over the phone by providing general programme details to parents and directing leads to the sales team.

You will also handle customer feedback promptly and professionally, and perform other duties as assigned by management, including helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
