Responsibilities include promptly addressing parent and student questions, directing leads to sales, and ensuring feedback is handled professionally. The position requires clear communication and a courteous, service-oriented approach in a busy campus admissions environment in Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
