Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable project operations assistant to join a 1-year contract in Geylang Bahru. The role offers up to SGD 5,000 per month plus a completion bonus, with working hours Monday to Friday.

You will manage project support activities, ensure timely milestones and digital dashboards, handle billing and payments, prepare reports, analyze trends, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in relevant scope of work.
• Good IT and system capability, with experience developing dashboards, tools, and digital solutions that support business operations.
• Familiarity with workplace tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM systems).

Responsibilities
