Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a data analytics professional to design and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations in support of business decisions. You will consolidate data from multiple sources, analyze performance and present actionable insights to senior management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, translating requirements into analytical solutions, and contributing to initiatives that drive revenue and efficiency within the Private Banking group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of data analytics experience; banking/financial services background advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel skills: Power Query, formulas, dashboard development, VBA.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau) and programming (SQL, Python, R, or Java) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain databases, dashboards, reports and data visualisations to support business decision making.
• Integrate, consolidate and transform data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive datasets for business analysis.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends, operational inefficiencies and opportunities for revenue growth.

• Support project management and execution activities relating to strategic business initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving revenue, operational efficiencies and overall business performance.
• Prepare management presentations, business reports and analytical materials for senior management within Private Bank and the wider Group.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Assist in any projects and work as assigned

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 12 months

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $5000 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or business analytics; ideally 3 years.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services or management consulting would be advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel: Power Query, Formulas, Dashboard development, VBA
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualisation tools would be advantageous, including: Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau
• Knowledge of programming and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R or Java would be an added advantage.
