Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites applications for a Flexible HR Operations Resource within HRSS. You will support Pre & On-Boarding, In-Service and Offboarding activities across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage HR inquiries, process transactions within SLA, and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance. The role emphasizes process improvement and collaborative service delivery across HR stakeholders in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries
• Process HR transactions within SLA
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance
• Provide timely and professional support to employees and HR stakeholders through shared service channels
• Preparation of employment contracts and appointment letters
• Coordination of medical screening and pre-employment checks
• Creation and maintenance of employee records
• Work pass administration and coordination with relevant agencies
• Facilitation of onboarding activities
• Support resignation, clearance and exit documentation processes
• Coordinate employee separation activities with relevant stakeholders
• Process employee record updates and work pass cancellations where applicable
• Ensure timely completion of offboarding transactions and documentation
• Support projects, SOP updates and provide coverage across HRSS functions.

In-Service Operations

• Employee data maintenance
• Probation confirmation administration
• Contract renewal processing
• Professional License administration
