Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a Site Engineer for Singapore-based work at the Changi Airport project. The role involves coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and ensuring on-site work aligns with approvals and safety standards.

Office located at City Hall with project site duties on site. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, and method statements and update all parties.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to keep progress on track.
• Verify work on site complies with approved drawings/specifications and ensure subcontractors rectify non‑compliance.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractor/supplier ASAP to minimise construction delays.
• Ensure related documentation is updated and ready for ISO audits.
• Cooperate with the safety department and perform duties within safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.

Site Engineer

Singapore Based (Project site: Changi Airport, Office at City Hall)

5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need work half day if work required (can claim OT))

Salary: $3800 to $5400

Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering + relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority's requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
