Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operator for an aircon environment in Singapore. The role offers training, 5-day work week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm), and a compensation package including a base salary plus AWS, transport allowance, monthly incentives, quarterly bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Role: Operator (Aircon environment / Up to $2600)

• Singapore Based (10 minutes walking from Pioneer MRT)

• 5 Days work per week (Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm)

• Training Provided

• Salary: $1.9k Basic + AWS + Transport Allowance $80 + Monthly Incentive $90 + Quarterly Bonus + Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)
