Job summary

UNNA, a Stockholm-based running brand, is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support wholesale partners and our DTC customers. You’ll handle orders, deliveries, retailer questions and help with logistics while collaborating with the COO.

You are detail-oriented, enjoy creating structure, and thrive in a fast-moving, international environment. This is an office-based role in Stockholm with immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Be a day-to-day contact for 55+ global retail partners.

Job description

Employment: Full-time, starting with a 6-month probationary period

UNNA is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone great to grow with us.

We’re looking for a positive, driven and exceptionally organised person to join our small team in Stockholm.

UNNA is a global running brand. We're mainly a DTC brand and around 85% of our business is outside Sweden, the US is our largest market, and today we also work with 55+ premium retailers around the world.

Your main responsibility will be taking great care of those partners, as well as the people shopping at UNNA.com. Reporting directly to our COO, you’ll be closely involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, working across customers, order management, deliveries, retailers and our internal team.

Being organized, proactive and good at following things through is essential.

We’re looking for someone who likes making things happen. Someone who takes ownership, creates structure, solves problems and doesn’t need to be told what to do next.

What you’ll be doing

Wholesale / B2B

• Be a day-to-day point of contact for our 55+ global retail partners
• Support retailers with orders, deliveries, product information and general questions
• Work with day-to-day order management across our different systems, including order confirmations, shipments and delivery follow-ups
• Coordinate with our warehouse and logistics partners when needed
• Help with shipping, logistics and customs related questions
• Keep track of open questions, deadlines and follow-ups and make sure nothing falls between the cracks
• Help us deliver an excellent experience to every UNNA partner
• Support our COO and wider team with wholesale administration and operations

• Take care of our customer support and make sure every interaction feels like UNNA
• Help customers with orders, deliveries, returns and product questions
• Follow up on shipments and help solve delivery issues when they arise
• Solve problems quickly, thoughtfully and with a human touch
• Help us continuously improve the customer experience as we grow

And probably some other things too.

We’re a small team and we like it that way. Things move fast, roles overlap and everyone jumps in when needed. There will be launches, events, samples, orders, spreadsheets, boxes to move and things we haven’t thought of yet.

We think you might have

• Experience from wholesale, customer experience, e-commerce, retail, operations or a similar role
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to have, but not a must

• Experience with order management and working across different order or e-commerce systems
• Experience with logistics, international shipments or customsExperience working with customer experience or customer service tools
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• You’re tech savvy and quick to understand new tools, platforms and systems
• You have an interest in running, movement or the wider sports and fashion space
• You have some understanding of the business behind a brand like UNNA, whether from retail, wholesale, e-commerce, fashion or sportswear
