You’ll begin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO: our stores. Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you’ll build a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what makes our operations world-class.
You’ll learn and master:
As a supervisor, you’ll begin leading teams on the shop floor, influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance, building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.
You’ll take on:
In your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.
