Job summary

Cubane Solutions AB is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to develop and optimize assembly processes and production flows. You will collaborate with line technicians and multiple production support functions to drive daily operations and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing, and ERP systems, with 5+ years in production engineering. Experience with PFMEA and line development is highly valued.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer, preferably within assembly or industrial manufacturing.
Good knowledge of ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
Experience in developing or improving assembly factories and production lines is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve assembly processes, methods and production flows.
Work closely with line technicians, operators and other production support functions in daily operations.
Participate in weekly meetings with line managers and support functions to ensure progress on ongoing activities and priorities.
Develop and maintain assembly methods and work instructions.
Work with PFMEA and other production engineering methodologies.
Ensure that appropriate tools and equipment are available and meet production requirements.
Analyze production challenges and drive problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
Support the development and implementation of efficient and standardized ways of working.
