Job summary

Ultra Group AB in the Stockholm area is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to develop and improve assembly lines in an advanced manufacturing environment, covering both an existing facility and a new site.

You will collaborate with production teams, line technicians, operators, and support functions to optimize assembly processes, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and lead Lean and PFMEA initiatives. Experience with ERP systems and structured project management is required.

Qualifications

M.Sc in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in assembly/manufacturing.
Strong experience in production, problem-solving, and project management.
Good knowledge of ERP systems.
Fluent in Swedish and English; structured and proactive.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize assembly processes, methods and production flows.
Support daily production with technical expertise and problem-solving.
Develop assembly instructions and PFMEA.
Define and ensure the correct tools and equipment at each workstation.
Coordinate activities with line managers and support functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to development and implementation of assembly lines at a new manufacturing facility.
Support projects related to production improvements and new line implementation.
