Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience from a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve process stability.
• Ensure production processes comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, sourcing, and operations for new products and process improvements.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative production environment.
