Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies experience.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehouse operations.
• Lead productivity enhancement activities, including line balancing and time studies.
• Develop and improve production layouts, assembly methods, work instructions, and tooling solutions.
• Manage production equipment, fixtures, and related investment projects.
• Monitor and improve operational performance focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement site-wide improvements.
