Job summary

Consilium Safety Group is seeking a production and operations leader to drive efficient, scalable manufacturing processes and robust calibration methodologies. You will report to the Director of Operations and Supply Chain and partner with multiple departments to enable growth and innovation.

You will lead a team focused on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to sustain high performance across production and supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• University-level degree in production/processing or related technical field.
• Solid understanding of assembly processes and internal logistics.
• Strong background in production engineering, Lean, and industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust, standardized manufacturing processes with high stability and capability.
• Lead launch, industrialization, and implementation of new products and lines.
• Drive investments in automation, equipment, and future production concepts.
• Coach and develop the engineering team for technical excellence.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, aiming for higher OEE, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D and stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Identify best practices and new technologies to support growth and excellence.
