Job summary

Surely Sci & Tech AB is seeking a Senior Production Engineer – Assembly in Västerås, Sweden, onsite. You will support the development of assembly lines in both the current factory and the Robotics Campus Sweden, driving improvements in safety, quality, and delivery performance.

The role requires 5+ years in assembly production engineering, a MSc in related field, and strong ERP/LCM knowledge. Visa and work permit support are provided; permanent employment and career development opportunities are

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Production Engineer in assembly manufacturing.
• MSc in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience in Lean & World Class Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with line technicians and operators in daily production activities.
• Lead weekly meetings with line managers and support teams.
• Develop assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA.
• Ensure tools are available at the right stations.

• Work closely with line technicians and operators in daily production activities
• Conduct weekly meetings with line managers and support teams
• Develop assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA
• Ensure proper tools are available at the right stations
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, and delivery performance
• Support problem-solving and process optimization in production

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Production Engineer in assembly manufacturing
• MSc in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience in Lean & World Class Manufacturing
