Foxway in Södertälje is hiring a Walk-in Technician to provide hands-on technical support for customers visiting our new service center. You will diagnose devices, perform swaps, and determine the right next steps while documenting outcomes.

The role requires experience with IT hardware, strong troubleshooting, and a service-minded approach to customer interactions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT hardware and device repair.
• Good knowledge of computers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial diagnostics on devices (computers, phones, etc).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Assess device condition and determine next steps.
• Perform device swaps according to established processes.
• Triages repair cases and routes for further handling.
• Check device eligibility, warranty status and required documentation.
• Prepare and configure devices and related equipment.
• Explain findings and next steps to customers clearly.
• Document findings and actions in relevant systems.
• Escalate complex cases to repair/service teams.
