Job summary

Foxway in Södertälje is launching a new Walk-in Service and seeks a Walk-in Service Advisor to help build the customer experience from the start.

You will welcome customers, assess needs, advise on devices and services, and collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery. No technician background required; focus on understanding the customer's situation and providing clear, helpful guidance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience from customer service, retail, helpdesk, hospitality, technical support or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A practical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Confidence handling complaints or frustrated customers professionally.
• The ability to manage several customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in technology and willingness to learn about different devices and services.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly way.
• Understand customer needs through active listening and the right questions.
• Advise customers on available devices, services and next steps.
• Handle questions and challenging customer situations calmly and constructively.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
