Job summary

Sinch is seeking a VP of Product & Business Lead to own the Verification opportunity end-to-end. This entrepreneurial role requires leading product, engineering, marketing and solutions teams to define strategy, pricing, and go-to-market for our next generation identity and authentication offering.

You will work across Sales, regional teams, and MNO partners, travel to key markets, and build a scalable plan with clear priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management and business leadership with real P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading both product and engineering teams with full build-and-ship ownership.
• Track record of guiding a product through a genuine market transition.
• Commercial mindset—linking product decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership aligning sales, marketing and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and set pricing, packaging and margins for the Verification product line.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy with Sales, Product Marketing and regional teams.
• Lead a cross-functional team across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Partner on MNO enablement and align Network API opportunities with enterprise motions.
• Develop and retain strong product and engineering leaders within the team.
