Job summary

Verified is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one or more product visions from strategy to launch. You will work in a small, cross-functional team near customers and developers, turning insights into product decisions and measurable results.

You will shape the roadmap, collaborate with Sales and Support, and ensure compliance and regulatory considerations are integrated. A hybrid setup with Stockholm presence is offered.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS/fintech or scale-up.
• Experience shaping a product vision and driving measurable results.
• Experience with B2B products and direct collaboration with customers and sales teams.
• Interest in regulatory topics and understanding compliance challenges for businesses.
• Hands-on experience with AI in products and in practical workflows.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Verified started with solutions for electronic signatures, identification and contract management. Working closely with our customers, we have since built digital flows for anti-money laundering (AML/KYC) and supplier assessments, including through the acquisition of GRC Watch in 2024. About the role and the team

As Senior Product Manager you will have end-to-end ownership of one or more of Verified's products, from vision and strategy to launch and continuous improvement. You will work in a small, cross-functional team, close to both customers and developers, where your decisions quickly show in the product and the business.

In the role you will, among other things:

• Shape and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, linked to Verified's business goals.

• Meet customers and users regularly to understand their needs and turn insights into product decisions.

• Prioritise based on short- and long-term business value and own the product backlog.

• Work hands-on with the team: write requirements, test ideas quickly and follow up on impact after launch.

• Work closely with Sales, Support, Solution Management and other product teams, for example in customer conversations and demos.

• Make sure legal and regulatory requirements are handled in product development.

• Use AI both in the product and to improve how we work.

About you

We would like you to have

• At least five years of experience in product management, some of it in a SaaS, fintech or scale-up company.

• Experience of shaping a product vision yourself and driving it to measurable results.

• Experience with B2B products and of working directly with customers and a sales organisation.

• An interest in regulatory topics and an understanding of the compliance challenges businesses face.

• Hands-on experience with AI, both in products and in your own way of working.

• Excellent Swedish and English.

It is a plus if you have

• A background in finance, fintech or another regulated industry.

• Knowledge of regulations such as AML, DORA, NIS2 or eIDAS.

• Experience with products that have network effects, or platforms.

• Experience with products in e-signing, digital identity or KYC.
