Job summary

Flower Technologies AB, a next-gen energy company, is seeking a commercially driven VP of Project Delivery & Operations in Stockholm. You will unite EPC and Asset Management into a scalable, end-to-end platform, owning the division’s strategy, P&L and market positioning across a diverse BESS portfolio.

You will lead leaders across functions, drive long-term growth, and shape Flower’s offering to external customers while coordinating with lenders and investors through due diligence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior commercial leadership role.
• Experience leading through managers and building teams cross-functionally.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience bringing offerings to market with a clear value proposition.
• Experience controlling costs in capital-intensive projects and supporting financing or investor processes.
• Has developed and executed divisional or business-unit strategy.
• Strong commercial drive and ownership of P&L.
• Solid understanding of EPC project delivery and/or asset operations for credible stakeholder engagement.
• Built senior customer relationships and driven growth in complex, long-cycle businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term strategy for Project Delivery & Operations.
• Lead through managers – Head of EPC & Head of Asset Management.
• Integrate EPC and Asset Management into one growth platform.
• Own the P&L for the division and portfolio with clear financial reporting.
• Turn EPC and Asset Management capabilities into a differentiated offer for external owners.
• Drive cost management across construction and operations with capex/opex control.
• Support project financing and investor processes with due diligence coordination.
• Develop scalable commercial models and pricing/service frameworks.
• Own the commercial agenda: build senior customer relationships and close deals.
• Align division priorities with Flower’s overall strategy.
