Flower Technologies AB is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Manager to build and lead a newPortfolio Delivery function across Asset Development. You will coordinate post-RtB delivery through COD, spanning development, EPC-execution, grid, tolling and financing while collaborating with existing project teams.

You’ll report to the VP Asset Development, shaping processes from the ground up and enabling structured, AI-assisted insights across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business/finance or engineering.
5+ years of project or portfolio management experience.
Experience in scale-up or fast-growing organizations.
Proven in renewable energy, infrastructure or capital-intensive industries.
Knowledge of RtB to COD asset lifecycle and commercial structures.
Clear communicator with concise, cross-functional presentation skills.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

Coordinate post-RtB delivery across development, EPC-execution, grid, tolling/merchant and financing.
Ensure RtB–COD projects are actively managed for optimal asset conditions at COD.
Establish processes and handoffs for smooth post-RtB delivery.
Develop reporting cadences for portfolio-level delivery progress.
Monitor timelines and escalate risks early across teams.
Set up AI-driven agents to structure and surface portfolio data.
Maintain a single, up-to-date source of project status for Asset Development.
