Job summary

Flower is seeking a commercially driven VP of Project Delivery & Operations to unite EPC and Asset Management into a single growth platform. The role oversees the division’s strategy, P&L, and market positioning across Europe, with responsibility for internal and external project opportunities.

You’ll lead senior teams, shape offerings, and drive growth for Flower’s asset portfolio, including reaching a scalable, bankable project development pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably in renewable energy or asset-intensive industries.
• Experience leading through managers and building cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and strategic business development.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term strategy for Project Delivery & Operations.
• Lead through managers – Head of EPC & Head of Asset Management.
• Integrate EPC and Asset Management into one coherent growth platform, grounded in market and customer insight.
• Own the P&L for the division and Flower’s asset portfolio with clear reporting to the board.
• Turn in-house capabilities into a differentiated offering for external BESS owners and developers across the full asset lifecycle.
• Drive cost control across construction and operations and improve cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Support project financing processes with lenders and investors.
• Develop scalable commercial models, pricing frameworks and service models for repeatable growth.
• Own the commercial agenda and build strong customer relationships to close deals.
