Job summary

Flower Technologies AB in Stockholm is seeking a passionate Performance Engineer to join the Asset Management team. You will monitor and improve the performance and availability of Flower’s energy assets, including battery storage, by proactively detecting issues and guiding incident escalation.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in energy systems or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance monitoring on energy assets.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and fault detection.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and availability of Flower's energy assets.
• Onboard assets into monitoring platform; configure data points and alarms.
• Drive data-driven analysis to catch potential failures early.
• Coordinate with external partners, suppliers and system integrators to improve data integration.
• Maintain downtime reporting and KPIs for asset health.
