Job summary

Sinch seeks a SVP Engineering to own the Build Platform and drive the AI-first transformation across the company. You will lead a ~30-person team, align with Product leadership, and deliver a coherent developer experience across Voice, Messaging, Email, and Applications products.

You will mentor leaders, shape the technical roadmap, and champion innovative tooling while ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable platforms for millions of messages and calls globally.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-team engineering leadership with budget and resourcing responsibility.
• Deep experience with developer-facing products like APIs, SDKs, and portals.
• Hands-on credibility with modern platform tech and AI concepts.
• Collaborative change agent who can align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first innovation and explore AI-assisted development tooling.
• Define and own the technical strategy for the full portfolio.
• Grow and mentor a ~30-person distributed engineering organization.
• Create coherent developer and AI agent experiences across products.
• Define governance and promote platform adoption across Product Areas.
• Partner with Product leadership to link platform investments to business outcomes.
