Qualifications

• 5+ years in product roles with discipline and impact.

• Comfort with Shape Up or strong opinion on agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the trading platform product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Shape bets, define high-leverage problems and design solutions.
• Treat interfaces as the product and ensure cross-system quality.
• Plan expansion to new markets and counterparties with clear trade-offs.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options with external vendors and partners.
• Bridge commercial context and technical decisions with stakeholders.
