Trimble is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide Swedish and Norwegian utility customers toward long-term success. You will build trusted partnerships with critical asset owners in electricity, water, and other utility sectors, ensuring customers realize value from Trimble's digital infrastructure solutions.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer insights, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities while traveling approximately 15% to visit

Qualifications

• Experience with utilities asset owners and understanding of the utility ecosystem.
• University degree related to utilities (e.g., Electrical Engineering).
• Strong written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships and ensure customers realize value.
• Act as strategic liaison to product, engineering and sales teams.
• Drive product adoption and usage to maximize technology value.
• Drive customer retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor customer health and proactively solve problems to deliver value.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure customer success.
