Sequrna in Stockholm is seeking a curious, analytical scientist to join our expanding R&D team. You will develop and optimize RNA workflows, NGS library preparation methods, and RT-PCR assays, translating findings into robust genomics products and applications.

The role includes supporting production and QC for about 10% of your time, and requires a PhD or MSc with relevant experience, strong hands-on RNA experience, and fluent English.

Formación

• PhD or MSc with relevant work in molecular biology or genomics.
• Hands-on experience with RNA handling and library prep.
• Ability to plan, execute, troubleshoot, and interpret experiments.
• Structured data management and reproducibility.
• English communication skills.
• Experience in single-cell RNA-seq or multiomics is valuable.
• Experience with low-input RNA or assay validation is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize RNA workflows and NGS library preparation methods.
• Validate RT-PCR assays.
• Evaluate RNase inhibition and RNA stabilization technologies.
• Troubleshoot experimental challenges and translate findings into robust genomics products.
• Assist with production and QC of SEQURNA products (~10% of time).
