Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong background in transcriptomics, molecular biology, genetics, and/or biochemistry.
• Experience contributing to original project ideas.
• Proven collaborative and independent research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply, optimise and integrate transcriptome-wide profiling approaches.
• Conduct project design, management, data generation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Communicate scientific findings through publications and presentations.

Skills

Proven experience in eukaryotic RNA biology

Gene regulation

Transcriptome-wide approaches

Mammalian cell culture techniques

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in spoken and written English

Education

Graduate level qualification (master degree)

240 credits with 60 credits at the master level
