QIAGEN DNA Synthesis AB in Västerås is searching for a Development Engineer in the Technology Development & Process Excellence team. This role involves developing methods for analytical and preparative liquid chromatography, ensuring top-notch oligonucleotide production.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and hands-on chromatography experience. Proficiency in both English and Swedish is essential. The position also offers performance-related bonuses, contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with chromatographic methods such as UPLC, HPLC, or LC-MS.
• Ability to work in regulated environments (ISO9001, ISO13485, or cGMP) is advantageous.
• Strong focus on continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize liquid chromatography methods for oligonucleotide production.
• Plan and execute development projects for manufacturing processes.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPA activities.
