Infinity Quest seeks a Trading Systems Consultant / Application Support Specialist to join our critical IT support team in Stockholm, Sweden. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong experience with stock exchange / securities trading systems, such as Abasec, ProBroker, Infront, Millistream, or similar.
• Experience in application support / system administration / production support.
• Experience with agile working methodologies.
• Proven experience leading people, activities, investigations, and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience with ITIL, incident management, change management, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor critical stock exchange/trading applications and systems.
• Investigate incidents, technical issues, and production problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead and coordinate activities with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Work closely with trading, operations, development, and IT infrastructure teams.
• Manage and follow up on incident, change, and release management activities in line with ITIL.
• Support production settings, server capacity, and technical platform-related activities.
• Proactively identify issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Handle multiple activities/projects simultaneously and respond quickly to critical situations.
