You will be instrumental in ensuring that our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our global strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in compensation or total rewards, ideally in a high-growth tech or scale-up environment.
• Strong expertise in compensation banding and market benchmarking.
• Solid understanding of equity programs and their structures.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain compensation bands across job architecture.
• Lead the annual compensation review cycle end-to-end.
• Partner with Finance on compensation planning and analytics.
