Legora is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst in Stockholms län, responsible for turning complex data into insightful reporting across compensation, equity, benefits, and mobility. You will enhance processes and support the Total Rewards team in making data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a desire to improve operational efficiencies within the reward function.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in People, Reward, Finance, or Operations analyst roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex datasets.
• Familiarity with compensation frameworks and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reward reporting and dashboards.
• Support compensation benchmarking cycles.
• Analyze equity data to track grant activity.
• Improve People operations processes across the reward function.
• Support administration of benefits programs.
• Support the mobility program operationally.
• Prepare materials for employee communications.
