Job summary

jobr.pro is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to be the analytical backbone of Legora's reward function. In this role, you will work closely with the Total Rewards team to turn data into insights across compensation, equity, and benefits.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in a relevant analyst role and possesses strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. You will build and maintain reward dashboards and support compensation benchmarking cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a People, Reward, Finance, or Operations analyst role.
• Experience handling complex datasets.
• Familiarity with compensation frameworks, equity programmes, or benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reward reporting and dashboards.
• Support compensation benchmarking cycles.
• Analyse equity data to track grant activity and programme performance.
• Build and improve People operations processes.
