Qualifications

• Experience in medical device hospital sales or a clinical background within interventional healthcare.
• Ability to establish credibility and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate opportunities into results.
• Self-motivated and resilient with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives across Stockholm and Northern Sweden.
• Develop and execute territory plans identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing business.
• Build trusted relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nephrologists, nurses, and procurement teams.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures to ensure successful product use.
• Deliver product training, educational sessions, and hands-on demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
• Support customers with implementation, product adoption, and ongoing clinical education.
• Manage consignment inventory to ensure product availability and operations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and customer support teams to address customer needs.
