Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Territory Manager for Advanced Surgical Technologies in the Southern Stockholm area to sell the full portfolio to hospitals and healthcare professionals. You will build strong ethical relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share by developing and presenting commercial offers.

You will join a strong and diverse sales team of 16 people together we are responsible for the entire product portfolio of Surgical Innovations Medtronic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge of sales techniques and ability to spot opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Swedish as well as English.
• Used to working independently with a high level of time management and listening skills.
• Passion for new technologies and revolutionary products and keen to make a difference.
• Ability to travel and a clean driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Advanced Energy & Stapling products to current and potential clients.
• Advise the physician on the correct use of Medtronic devices and establish education material for the company's products and/or services.
• Optimize tender management in your territory and manage relevant stakeholders throughout the procurement process including surgeons, nurses, procurement officials etc.
• Prepare presentations and proposals and conduct market research as well as implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
• Communicate with external customers and/or vendors, involving basic negotiation and presentations.
