Job summary

Nimbus Group AB (publ) is seeking a Tender Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end bid work and delivery projects for its Professional Boats business across the Nordic region. You will own market intelligence, tender coordination, and customer interface to secure successful contracts and delivery outcomes.

The role emphasizes delivering on-time, within cost targets, and ensuring smooth execution from bid through to final acceptance and delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence: identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Tendering & proposal management: lead and coordinate the full bid process, ensuring tenders meet customer requirements, deadlines and internal guidelines.
• Commercial responsibility: act as primary delivery project POC and manage customer interface throughout the bid and delivery lifecycle.
• Delivery leadership: drive delivery projects from start to finish, ensuring all units are delivered per agreement and facilitating smooth execution.
• Quality & follow-up: monitor project status, ensure quality, time and cost targets, and report progress internally and externally.

Job description

Nimbus Group is accelerating the growth of its Professional Boats business, driven by increasing demand from government agencies, rescue organizations, and defense customers across the Nordic region and beyond. Therefore we are looking for a Tender Delivery Lead.

You are:

A hands-on and business-driven engineer who actively works across the full business cycle—identifying opportunities, driving tender work, engaging directly with customers, and leading delivery projects through to completion. The role requires taking ownership end-to-end: from shaping competitive bids and managing commercial dialogue to ensuring smooth execution, testing, and final delivery to the customer. You are customer-oriented and have a required technical proficiency to take full responsibility of the project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Business Opportunities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, authorities, and key industry stakeholders
• Engage with the market through participation in trade shows and relevant forums

Tendering & Proposal Management

• Lead and coordinate the full bid/tender process
• Ensure that tenders meet customer requirements, deadlines, and internal guidelines
• Commercial Responsibility & Customer Interface
• Recipient of pre-series for series production
• Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for delivery projects.
• Ensure clear communication and strong customer relationships throughout the project
• Manage change requests and implementation within delivery projects

Final delivery and client acceptance

Lead and drive delivery projects from start to completion

Ensure delivery of all units according to agreement

Responsible for:

• HAT (Harbour Acceptance Test)
• SAT (Sea Acceptance Test)
• Delivery protocols
• Documentation

Quality & Follow-up

• Ensure that series units are delivered according to quality, time, and cost requirements
• Monitor and report project status internally and externally
