We are a part of a skilled and driven team ensuring seamless operations for all Telia products and services, delivering world‑class customer support.

As an Operations Engineer you will gain unique insight into the operations of a large international telecom operator. You will be part of a highly motivated team responsible for monitoring and managing platforms and mobile networks across Telia’s Nordic, Baltic, and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, report, and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate across different functions in Telia to overcome challenges and support automation initiatives.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional service and continuously learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
• Perform monitoring and management of platforms and mobile networks.

Working Conditions

Secure facility. Shift‑based hours, 24/7 operational monitoring. Must work nights and weekends as part of a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or certification in Telecom, IT, or Networks is valuable.
• Technical background in Telecom, IT, or networks with a good understanding of mobile network operations.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Hands‑on experience or strong interest in network monitoring, incident management, and preferably routing and switching technologies.
• Prior experience in technical customer support is considered a plus.
