Job summary

Telenor IoT in Karlskrona is seeking a System Engineer to strengthen our Cloud and Network Operations team. You will ensure stability, scalability, and performance of our platforms and services, with a focus on automation and operational excellence.

You will join an experienced team responsible for cloud environments, IP core systems, and integrations, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable infrastructure and services.

Qualifications

• Engineer by education with hands-on experience in infrastructure design and operations.
• Experience with cloud environments and architecture patterns.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or NodeJS; comfortable with multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cloud and IP core environment.
• Monitor, optimize performance, and automate operations.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions for cloud infrastructure.
• Define requirements for new designs with operational and security focus.
• Manage cost and capacity of platforms.
• Develop and deploy processes and tools for operations.
• Ensure surveillance and monitoring for platforms and services.
• On-call outside office hours on a scheduled basis.
