Job summary

LumenRadio is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Gothenburg to support DALI lighting control and building automation products. This position involves post-sales technical support; the engineer will work closely with customers, troubleshoot issues, and enhance product quality through feedback.

Qualifications

Strong customer support skills; comfortable guiding customers, identifying root cause, and taking ownership until the problem is resolved.
Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting lighting installations and/or building control systems.
Experience with DALI, Modbus, BACnet, or similar protocols.
A hands-on, curious mindset with interest in electronics (e.g., Arduino, soldering) is a plus.
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of post-sales technical support for DALI lighting control and building automation products.
Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot configuration and system setup issues.
Improve support flows, documentation, and product quality through structured feedback.
