Job summary

LumenRadio is seeking a hands-on producer to join the Gothenburg production team. You will handle product assembly, testing, and quality control, with occasional inbound/outbound shipments and repair tasks.

Collaboration with the Production and Supply Chain teams is essential, and you will work on-site at our Gothenburg office. You should have a strong technical interest and practical experience in electronics, with good communication in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Strong technical interest with hands-on experience in product assembly, testing, quality control, and troubleshooting electronics.
• Detail-oriented and practical in a production environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Your Future

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our production team, where you will work with exciting products developed in our Gothenburg office. The entire development process, from software to hardware within wireless communication, takes place here.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include product assembly and quality assurance through various testing steps. You will also sometimes assist with inbound deliveries, perform arrival control, and handle outbound shipments to customers. Troubleshooting and repair tasks will also be part of your role.

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and hands-on work. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Production and Supply Chain department, so a strong ability to work in a team and communicate effectively is important.

About You

• Have a strong technical interest and hands-on experience from product assembly, testing, quality control, and ideally also troubleshooting of electronics.

• Are comfortable with communicating in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A technical practical education, either from high school or post-high school (YH/KY), is a plus.
