Job summary

Danfoss seeks a proactive Service Coordinator to keep critical service operations running smoothly across Scandinavia. You will coordinate end-to-end service cases for customers, engineers, and partners working with Danfoss frequency converters and drive solutions.

Based in Linköping or Stockholm, or from a home office in Malmö or Gothenburg, you will connect with teams across Denmark, Norway and Sweden to ensure timely, high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, electronics, or related field.
• Experience coordinating service operations or commissioning in industrial or field service.
• Able to manage multiple service cases with shifting priorities.
• Clear, confident communication with customers, technicians and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; other Scandinavian languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end service cases across Scandinavia from request to closure.
• Act as the primary customer contact and ensure engineers have necessary information.
• Schedule and dispatch field resources and partners with priority based on impact.
• Follow up on execution and documentation to ensure timely, high-quality closure.
• Identify operational improvements to reduce delays and enhance customer experience.

The Impact You'll Make You play a key role in keeping critical service operations running smoothly across Scandinavia. In this position, you combine technical understanding with strong coordination skills to support customers, service engineers, and partners working with Danfoss frequency converters and drive solutions.

By coordinating complex service cases end to end, you help ensure customers in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden receive reliable, timely support when it matters most. Your technical background enables you to understand customer challenges, assess service requirements, and communicate effectively with both customers and field service engineers. Through your daily decisions and continuous improvement mindset, you help strengthen Danfoss' service experience and long-term customer trust across the region. This position can be based at our offices in Linköping or Stockholm, or you can from a home office in the Malmö or Gothenburg area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate end-to-end service cases across Scandinavia, from request creation to successful closure, ensuring smooth execution and clear ownership
• Act as the primary customer contact, gathering technical information, clarifying service requirements, and ensuring engineers are equipped with the right information before site visits
• Schedule and dispatch field resources and partners, making daily prioritization decisions based on customer impact and technical complexity
• Follow up on execution and documentation, ensuring service work is completed on time and closed with high-quality, accurate information
• Identify and drive operational improvements that reduce delays, improve collaboration, and enhance the customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Technical background within electrical engineering, automation, electronics, or a related field
• Experience in service coordination, service operations, commissioning engineer or technical customer service in an industrial or field service environment
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service cases and changing priorities
• Clear and confident communication skills with customers, technicians, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional Scandinavian languages are considered an advantage
