Job summary

Semicon Service Nordic AB is seeking an experienced Technical Project / Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs in FinTech and enterprise technology. You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery across regulated environments.

You will partner with executives to develop change strategies, implement PM frameworks, and deliver real-time analytics with KPIs. Expect collaboration with multi-country teams and a focus on governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in Technical Program/Project Management within FinTech or Financial Services.
• Strong governance, risk & compliance management, and regulatory program experience.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery and enterprise transformation track record.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and MS Project; strong analytics tooling.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Technical Project / Program Manager to lead large-scale technology and business transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FinTech, Digital Payments, Lending, Financial Services, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Technology domains, with proven expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change programs with delivery timelines exceeding 12 months, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Direct cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through complex organizational change initiatives, including governance structures and dependency management
• Partner with executive leadership to develop change strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for large-scale business and technology programs
• Implement robust program management frameworks covering risk management, milestone tracking, financial oversight, and performance reporting
• Drive roadmap and capacity planning with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to ensure successful delivery of key OKRs
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs against technical constraints
• Design and deliver real-time analytics, KPI dashboards, and BAU reporting
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with enterprise governance standards
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business, operations, technology, and compliance functions

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management, ideally within FinTech, Digital Payments, Lending, or Financial Services
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk & compliance management, and regulatory programs
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and enterprise transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, MS Project
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools
• Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service/infra management frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities
• Experience working across multi-country, cross-functional teams
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in ride-hailing, supply chain, employee benefits, or SaaS platforms
• Prior international assignment experience (US, Europe, or APAC)
• Experience with data governance and business intelligence functions
