Job summary

Semicon Service Nordic AB is seeking an experienced Technical Project / Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs in FinTech and enterprise technology. You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery across regulated environments.

You will partner with executives to develop change strategies, implement PM frameworks, and deliver real-time analytics with KPIs. Expect collaboration with multi-country teams and a focus on governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in Technical Program/Project Management within FinTech or Financial Services.
• Strong governance, risk & compliance management, and regulatory program experience.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery and enterprise transformation track record.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and MS Project; strong analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale transformation programs with governance and dependency management.
• Partner with executives to shape change strategies and data-driven recommendations.
• Implement PM frameworks for risk, milestones, budget, and performance reporting.
• Drive roadmaps with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to hit OKRs.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, tech, and compliance.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and adherence to governance standards.
• Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement across countries.
