Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead enterprise IT transformation initiatives. You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, budget, and stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams and vendors.

The role emphasizes driving RAID, risk, and change control processes, while ensuring projects stay within scope, time, and quality targets. Collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement, and business teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or PMO.
• Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of RAID management, risk management, dependency management, and change control
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and vendor management.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Experience with IT transformation, system implementation, migration, consolidation, or optimization projects
• Exposure to enterprise applications such as Salesforce, S/4HANA, CPQ, or other business platforms is beneficial.
• Experience with cutover, operational readiness, UAT, and post-go-live support is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects/programs through the full lifecycle, from planning and initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project roadmaps, milestones, plans, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions through RAID management.
• Manage change control and ensure appropriate governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, actual cost tracking, CAPEX/OPEX, invoices, and commitments
• Prepare project status reports, management dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate governance meetings, Steering Committee meetings, and decision boards.
• Manage vendor delivery, contracts, sourcing activities, and commercial aspects where required.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and bottlenecks.
• Lead system optimization, consolidation, migration, replacement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support legacy-system replacement and phased migration/cutover activities while maintaining business continuity.
• Drive enterprise application and platform optimization, including Salesforce and other business systems.
• Coordinate requirements, solution delivery, testing, implementation, acceptance, and post-launch activities.
• Support operational readiness, user adoption, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure project documentation, governance standards, quality gates, and reporting requirements are maintained.
• Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, Business, Architecture, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project / Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise IT transformation and optimization initiatives.
