Job summary

CoolPeople Technology is seeking a Senior Program Manager / IT Transformation Lead to shape a global SIAM integration. You will drive governance, vendor management and operating models across multiple countries.

The role focuses on transformation rather than hands‑on IT work, coordinating with CIO‑level stakeholders and external suppliers to create an integrated service organization while maintaining service stability.

Qualifications

• Strong SIAM experience – CRITICAL – hands‑on experience designing, implementing or transforming a SIAM model.
• 10+ years in Program / Transformation Management – leading large-scale IT transformation programs.
• IT Operating Model Transformation – governance, processes, roles and service ownership.
• Outsourcing & Vendor Management – managing multiple external IT suppliers, SLAs/KPIs and vendor performance.
• Large Global Enterprise Experience – experience in complex, international IT environments.
• Executive Stakeholder Management – ability to work with CIOs and senior leadership.
• Transformation & Change Management – transitioning to new operating models while maintaining service stability.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager / IT Transformation Lead who has strong experience with SIAM (Service Integration and Management), IT governance, outsourcing and vendor management.

In simple terms, we need someone who knows how to manage and transform a very complex IT environment with many external vendors. This person should know how to set up rules, responsibilities and processes so that dozens of different IT suppliers work together as one integrated service organization.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibility will be to establish a new SIAM governance and operating model.

The person will:

• Define who is responsible for what across internal IT teams and external vendors
• Set up processes, governance structures, roles and responsibilities
• Create rules for how different IT vendors should work together
• Transform the current fragmented multi-vendor environment into an integrated service model
• Manage and coordinate external IT suppliers
• Establish vendor performance management and accountability
• Work with business stakeholders, IT management, CIO-level stakeholders and external partners
• Lead workshops across different countries/geographies
• Coordinate the overall transformation
• Make sure that existing IT services remain stable while the new model is being introduced
• Support further IT modernization and transformation initiatives

So this is not a hands-on technical position. It is mainly about transformation, governance, processes, vendors and stakeholder management.
