Job summary

JobBusters AB seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a major Store Tech Uplift initiative for a global fashion and retail organization. You will own end-to-end delivery, budgets, roadmaps and governance to ensure readiness across markets.

Based onsite in Sweden, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and translate business needs into structured technology delivery, driving successful rollout and adoption of store technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in program or complex project management within Technology or IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong skills in roadmap, budget, risk, dependency and governance management.
• Experience driving large-scale rollouts or transformation initiatives.

Your New Role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a major Store Tech Uplift initiative for a global fashion and retail organization.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategic technology program that will modernize and standardize core IT infrastructure across stores in multiple markets. Your work will help create the foundation for new and evolving store experiences - making sure technology is ready to support both today’s needs and tomorrow’s ambitions.

You will operate at the intersection of Technology, Business and Retail, bringing together multiple teams, markets and stakeholders to turn strategy into successful execution.

As Program Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for driving the program forward.

You will:

• Own the overall delivery, scope, timeline, budget and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology and Business.
• Establish and maintain an integrated roadmap together with key store technology initiatives.
• Drive risk, dependency and issue management to keep the program on track.
• Secure funding and contribute to business cases and investment planning.
• Lead rollout planning and execution across different markets.

• Provide clear governance updates and progress reporting to sponsors and leadership teams.

You will help ensure that:

• Required infrastructure capabilities are delivered as planned.

Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Working model: Onsite
Start date: As soon as possible
End date: 2027-02-22, with the possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Solid experience in program or complex project management, preferably within Technology or IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong skills in roadmap, budget, risk, dependency and governance management.
• Experience driving large-scale rollouts or transformation initiatives.
• The ability to translate business needs into structured technology delivery.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
