As a Technical Project Manager within Customer Operations, you will be responsible for the overall technical implementation of our solutions in customer projects. While you won't be doing hands‑on configuration yourself, you need to understand the technical landscape well enough to communicate effectively with both the customer and your technical team.
Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and leading implementation projects from start to finish—ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions that make a difference in patient care. You will act as a clear and reliable bridge between our internal engineering teams and the customer's technical representatives, maintaining a close relationship with both our project engineers and the customer's IT specialists.
