Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet Sweden is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to guide customers through the implementation of D&B integrated products and connectors. You will not perform hands-on development but provide best-practice advice and issue resolution during deployment.

You will manage implementations as small projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering value in live setups.

Qualifications

• Experience in project work, consulting/leading and/or project management.
• Direct customer-facing experience (1–3 years).
• Experience with software development, infrastructure or IT support.
• Experience with integrated products and/or integration platforms.
• Knowledge of JSON, SOAP, REST, .NET, XML, SQL, Java.
• Data-driven problem solving approach.
• Knowledge of AI technologies (MCP, ARD, ARA, A2A).
• Customer-centric mindset with multiple assignments.
• Ability to simplify and teach complex technical topics.
• Strong ownership and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall implementation of integrated products or connectors, in solo or team projects.
• Guide customers through the standard implementation process and review architecture, requirements, APIs, configuration, and QA.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritise needs and track status.
• Document progress, deviations, and sign-off using D&B procedures.
• Support onboarding of new processes and products to increase revenue and satisfaction.
• Mentor colleagues and educate stakeholders to promote standardization.
