Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a direct customer-facing role.
• Experience in project work or consultancy in a technical field.
• Knowledge of various technologies and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of products in collaboration with Customer Project Managers.
• Engage with customers to guide on architecture and technical requirements.
• Document implementation progress and manage deviations and issues.
