Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet Sweden is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team with data management, reporting, and process improvements. You will optimize CRM usage, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 6+ years in sales operations, and fluency in English and Swedish. A hybrid work setup and access to wellness and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar function.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel for dashboards and reporting.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Maintain data quality across sales systems and ensure reliable reporting.
• Support territory planning, customer segmentation, sales coverage, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead the annual customer segmentation process and optimize account allocation and resource planning.
• Develop CRM dashboards and reports to visualize performance, pipeline health, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success on strategic initiatives.
